Returns and Warranty Policy

Returns

All parts are to be returned within the first 30 days from order confirmation date for full refund**. Any parts being returned between 31 and 90 days from order confirmation date will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee**. Returns after 90 day policy will be at our discretion, and receive store credit only. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used on any item.  All refunds will not include any freight charges.

**Please Note: When you need to return items that were shipped out via our FREE SHIPPING option, we will charge you an additional 20% restocking charge for these items if the return is due to your order error or if you simply changed your mind about an item. This is to recover (in part) the costs which we have incurred to prepare and ship the package to you with "FREE SHIPPING". Please remember that we pay for the shipping, and if you return the item, we must reclaim these costs. Unless, of course the error occurs at our end.

All parts being returned are required to go through our approval process. Refunds/credits will be given once the parts have been approved; this normally takes 3-5 days from arrival date.

For parts to be approved they must pass the following:

  • All parts must be in original packaging
  • All parts and packaging must remain sealed, clean, and in resalable condition
  • All parts must be uninstalled and unaltered
  • No returns on electrical or special order parts

It is up to the customer to process all shipping arrangements and fees, unless of course it is a result of our error.

Cores

Cores are to be returned within six months from the order confirmation date. Any cores returned after that may not be accepted and will be returned at customer's expense.

All cores being returned are required to go through our approval process. Credits will be given one the cores are approved, this normally takes 3-5 days from arrival date.

Cores will not be accepted if it shows any signs of being disassembled or heavily damaged.

It is up to the customer to process all shipping arrangements and fees.

Warranty

All parts are under a One Year/Unlimited mileage warranty from sale date.

We follow our manufacturer's warranty guidelines.  Any parts that have been contaminated, altered, or damaged will be automatically declined warranty. All parts will go through testing to determine if there is cause for warranty.  Some parts are sent to the manufacturer for determination, which takes time, you may be waiting up to 90 days for your results. We can't control the time frame unfortunately.  Once a determination has been made we will contact you with all the details.
